Dear Chenet Dental Family,
It is hard to believe that we are at the end of the year already! Time has certainly gone by fast. You are receiving this letter because our records indicate you have dental insurance and you currently have a balance left in your “insurance account” that has not been used. Many of you also participate in a FSA “Flexible Spending Account” or HSA “Health Savings Account” with your employer as well. In most cases any benefits left in these accounts at the end of the year will be LOST.
In some cases it is possible to complete dental treatment in phases. Careful planning now in 2022 to maximize your benefits, and doing your remaining treatment in 2023 will allow you a higher reimbursement level than if you wait to do all of your treatment in 2023, depending on your individual needs.
Other factors like covered cleanings that you have not used, deductibles, etc. may result in your benefits being lost. DON’T LET YOUR UNUSED BENEFITS EXPIRE! Your dental care is important to us and we want to make sure you get the care you need. If you or anyone in your family has been putting off dental work, please call one of our offices as soon as possible. If you are unsure of your dental needs, or you are not sure you have benefits remaining call us today and we will be happy to assist you.
REMEMBER: If you don’t use them you lose them!
Sincerely,
Dr. Cedric Chenet
